Who are we?
We are a dedicated team with extensive experience in the loan settlement procedures.
What do we do?
Our focus is on the settlement process and follow up on behalf of our clients. We guide our clients through the settlement process to ensure that they do not experience problems along the way. Post settlement we contact the clients by phone within 48 hours to confirm their settlement and to assist them with any questions they may have regarding their banking needs.
Why have a Support Team (the Outcome) ?
The settlement process proper is not understood by all clients and when there are hold ups or items go missing the Support Team swings into action. Between the Lender, solicitors for the Lender, solicitors for the client and the client themselves settlement of a loan can be a very frustrating experience if matters do not proceed smoothly. This is why we have a Support Team to ensure the settlement process goes smoothly. And if the process doesn't go smoothly the clients have a support team on which they can depend for support and some peace of mind.
