Australian Capital Home Loans Pty Ltd began operations in August 1997. The Company is a specialist mortgage originator in the Australian mortgage market introducing loans to Bank and Non-bank Lenders. The Company has access to an extensive range of loan products through several Lenders which is marketed to the public through its Client Managers and Franchise outlets.

An integral part of the Company's culture is the delivery of post settlement services to its clients which is backed by Our Promise.

The Company has grown rapidly since it began operations and is continuing to appoint Client Managers in South-East Queensland and Offices throughout Australia.

Barry Parker

Barry Parker started in the finance industry in 1982 in a consumer finance company and held the position of real estate lending manager for QLD & NSW. He joined the mortgage broking industry in 1991 as a mortgage broker.

In 1997, Barry identified a shift in the market towards non-bank lenders and mortgage managers and then set about securing the management program with Bendigo/Adelaide Bank, ING and Challenger Financial Services, collectively some of the largest Banks in Australia today.

Barry is the incumbent Managing Director and has overseen the growth that has taken Australian Capital Home Loans Pty Ltd to prominence in Queensland.
